14. OCCUPANCY: Seller will deliver the keys
and occupancy at closing.

15. CLOSING COSTS: Seller pays the owner's
title policy and deed stamps. Buyer pays
loan costs and recording fees.

18. INSPECTION PERIOD: Buyer may have the
property inspected at Buyer's expense.
Inspection Period ends Oct 21, 2026.
If Buyer finds the property unacceptable,
Buyer may cancel by written notice
before the Inspection Period ends.

19. WALK-THROUGH: Buyer may walk through the
property within 5 days before closing
to confirm its condition.

20. RISK OF LOSS: If the property is damaged
before closing, Seller will repair it or
Buyer may cancel and receive the deposit
back.

21. NOTICES: Notices must be in writing and
delivered to the parties or their agents.

22. SURVIVAL: Terms meant to last past
closing survive it.
